1. General Policy

All payments made to DynamixWave are considered final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. By purchasing our services or enrolling in our programs, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Training Programs & Courses

Refunds for training programs or courses may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment.
  • No refunds will be issued once the course has started or course materials have been accessed.
  • Enrollment fees for workshops, bootcamps, or short-term programs are non-refundable.

3. Client Services & Projects

For agency services, including web development, design, and consulting:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed milestones or delivered work.
  • Any refund eligibility will be governed by the specific service agreement signed with the client.

4. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including templates, source code, and downloadable resources, all purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests under exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DynamixWave. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
